These are sumptuous organic  Aquamarine Druzy set in a 18K heavily plated bezel with a lustrous white coin pearl drop.  The post is hammered; heavily plated 24K gold (ear-nut 24K plated).   Because of their organic nature the elements of these earrings  are selected to coordinate not match each other.  There may be variations in color, and shape. In this piece the one druzy is slightly lighter than the other; the pearls are the same lusterous white. Posts are  matching.  Overall size: 1 3/4" x 1/2"
